| Best British Grocers celebrate Queen's Birthday in Spanish Castle.
Thomas Green's, the British Grocery Franchise company celebrated the Queen's birthday this year at Santa Bárbara Castle, Alicante, Spain. Working with the British Consulate, Juliet Maric, the Company provided an English "Tea" and a selection of good old fashioned sweeties for the kids.
The special guest was the Spanish Ambassador Mrs Denise Holt, CMG, who, along with 350 expats and local people, came along to enjoy the treats. Other companies involved were international brands such as Vodafone, Barclays and Diageo.
The Company already has 5 franchises up and running successfully in Spain and believes that this is the perfect way to let the community, both expats and locals, know what what classic British brands are available to buy throughout Europe.
Thomas Green’s ‘Best of British’ franchise grocery business has been supplying shoppers who look for a taste of home and the growing number of local people who have a taste for our jams and marmalades, specials teas and sweets, with around 1500 brands on sale.
